We have a vendor app where the auction house will set up and maintain their auctions. Part of this process involves adding the lots and lot descriptions. We have AI-driven tools to assist with lot titles and descriptions, email marketing, and pricing.

This depends on the contract you select when signing on. Our software does handle images, videos, and URL links along with an AI feature to generate your descriptions, saving you time.

Auction Reserve - When setting up a lot, you can input a reserve price (if applicable). This is not displayed to the user on the bidding app.
Bid Increments - within the vendor app we have a customizable table where you can input bid price range and increment value.

Yes. With our software there is no delay, and bidders will know immediately when outbid, even during the soft close period.

The customers would deal directly with the auction house.

This would be the responsibility of the auction house when adding lots and should form part of the terms & conditions for buyers and sellers.

Automatic Bidding - yes. We call this the robo bidder. Bidders can input a max bid amount, allowing the system to bid on their behalf.

Bidder Notification - when there are changes to a lot once an auction is posted, the bidders will receive a notification.

For the Vendor, within the Vendor App they will be able to see past auction history, including lots.
For the Bidder, within the account settings the history of won lots will display.

Absolutely. Within Amazon Web Services we have load balancing which means we can remain responsive despite the volumes. We will deliver the same level of service whether it is 3 am (minimal traffic) or 6 pm (large amount of traffic) at the close of an auction.

The vendor app has a drop down menu for reporting and invoicing.

Lots can be sorted by price, lot number, and closing date/time.

During the auction the winning bidder will receive a notification based on their preferred notification method. There is a contact auctioneer icon during the auction. Post auction, the bidder would contact the auctioneer directly outside of the live auction.

Yes. Lots are available for viewing once the auction has been marked "pending" in the vendor app.

Reports and disclosures can be shared in the Resources section of the auction.

A bid cannot be reversed on the system; however, auto-bidders can be updated or deleted.

We have 3 methods of communication: push notification, email or SMS. At registration the user can select the form of communication that best suits them in account settings.

Yes. We have email marketing templates for when an auction is submitted, goes live, and closes. We provide bidder notifications such as outbid notification, winning bidder notification, and account profile changes.

Yes. Based on the package selected, there are various email marketing templates and a promotable lot feature.

Yes. Bidders can opt in to subscribe to email or SMS notifications. These notifications are customizable by the vendor.

Yes. Vendors have the ability to assign roles to their employees (appraiser, clerk, photographer etc.).

Yes. Each lot can be associated with a consignor. Reporting is available on a per consignor basis.

Yes, users with sufficient permissions can edit auctions and lots concurrently.

Users must register a valid credit card to bid in an auction. Credit cards are checked for validity.

Because our software is stored in Amazon Web Services, disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) is included. Copies of the data are stored so that in the event of a disaster we can ensure you can continue operations leveraging stored copies.
